Shipping Information

Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 per order to anywhere in Australia.  Or for $10.95 you can opt to have your order sent insured so that if your parcel goes missing in transit we'll refund or replace it.

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature.  If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk.  In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details.  You can also track it online here or from your account.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.  Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. Gift Headquarters will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post. If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than an item being faulty, you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs.

Deliveries may take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.

Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 119, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.   Please place your order online and we'll contact you once it is ready to collect.  Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
